I couldn't be happier with this product! The craftsmanship is exquisite, and the artist personally communicated with me, promptly, to make sure the design turned out perfectly. She even showed me a preview picture of the item before it shipped. This was the perfect gift. I'm so glad I found it right before Christmas! We used 2 photos that I selected and a custom phrase.
